Lost pets, adopt-a-pet

If you are missing your pet or know of someone who has lost their furry little companion please call Countryside Veterinarian at 952-442-4200. Countryside Veterinarian  is a holding facility for lost or stray pets from the following communities: Glencoe, Hamburg, Waconia, Mayer, Cologne, Victoria, Norwood Young America, Watertown Township and Carver. While it is not our responsibility to post notices regarding animals brought to our facility, it is our hope to re-unite all stray animals with their families.  If you are interested in any of these dogs or cats please talk to the receptionists as they can set up a time for you to meet them.  Our adoption fee is $75.00 per pet which includes  rabies, dhlpp, fvrcp, wellness exam, bordetella , heartworm, Fiv Test, de-wormer and capstar given to each animal.

My name is Cowboy, I’m a sweet lab mix who just loves to please.  I’m young, energetic and would make an excellent companion for an active person.  I can’t wait to get some training and learn more tricks- please come visit me, you’ll see how wonderful I am.  I might even shape up to be a good hunter, I just need some guidance and obedience.   I'm a big boy and I can't stand being cooped up here any longer!   Because I have been here for too long the Countryside staff is agreeing to wave my adoption fee as long as you promise to get me neutered!

Hi, I’m One-eyed Willy, I wandered over to Countryside and looked like a big scruffy hairball when they first took me in, I was covered in matted hair and had a skin infection under all the wet fur.  The staff at Countryside took it upon themselves to get me a nice clip and curl, take care of my skin, and now I feel so much better! Check out my amazing before and after pictures!  I've had a hard life and would love the chance to be someone's friend forever!  Please come take me home!   Because I've been here for a while and the staff at Countryside doesn't want to see me in a kennel any longer they've decided to waive my adoption fee as long as you promise to get me neutered asap!

My name is Chloe, I am a Persian cat with the most beautiful soft grey coat.  Like most Persians, I am a bit finikie and therefore I need a home where I can be the queen of the house and get all the attention.  I'd really like a calm place where I can be the only pet in the house.  I promise I'll love you forever if you take me home- I'm really friendly and a really good snuggler! I'm also declawed and spayed already! Because I've been here for a while the Staff at Countryside has decided to waive my adoption fee!
